Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Kolkata. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer home financing needs, and offering tailored solutions. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through loan processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives. The role also encompasses actively acquiring new customers, conducting field visits, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with clients.
  • Proficiency in sales, customer service, and negotiation techniques.
  • Knowledge of home loans, finance, and housing policies is preferred.
  • Experience in field visits, customer acquisition, and target achievement is highly valued.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the local market in Kolkata and fluency in the regional language will be an added advantage.
