Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored payment solutions. Duties include regular client meetings, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client expectations and market demands.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience in the payments or fintech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
