We're looking for a dynamic
Business Development Manager
to drive our sales growth across
E-commerce and B2B channels
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
online marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
,
strategic business expansion
, and
relationship-building
to strengthen our brand presence and revenue.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across online and offline sales.
  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations — listings, pricing, promotions.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities (distributors, retailers, institutions).
  • Build strong partnerships and drive sales performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, logistics, and demand planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–7 years of experience in
    Business Development & E-commerce Sales
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    B2B and online sales ecosystems
    .
  • Proven record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
