Talent Acquisition Specialist

with at least

1 year of experience

to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Attraction : Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to attract qualified candidates.

Job Posting & Advertising : Create and publish compelling job advertisements on appropriate platforms, ensuring they align with the company's brand and attract suitable applicants.

Resume Screening & Shortlisting : Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and organizational fit.

Conducting Interviews : Coordinate and conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Evaluation : Administer assessments and reference checks to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Offer Negotiation & Onboarding : Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and maintain accurate records throughout the hiring process.

Continuous Improvement : Monitor recruitment metrics and provide feedback to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

Required Skills & Competencies Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers. Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions to enhance the recruitment process. Attention to Detail : Meticulous in reviewing candidate information and ensuring accuracy in documentation. Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust to changing recruitment needs and organizational priorities.

Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of

1 year

of experience in recruitment or a related HR role. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Certifications

(Optional): Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications Experience : Exposure to recruiting for various roles across different departments. Technical Skills : Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment marketing tools. Knowledge : Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
