Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a MICE Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The MICE Sales Manager will be responsible for securing new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of events. Additionally, this role involves client management, responding to inquiries, and reporting on sales activities and market trends.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including securing new business and managing client relationships
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and conducting market research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Prior experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) industry is a plus
