Event Sales & Marketing Executive (Full-Time / Commission Basis)
We are seeking a dynamic Event Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is open for both full-time employees and commission-based professionals who are motivated to generate sales and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into successful event sales
Sell and promote all types of events – Corporate Events, Weddings, Exhibitions, MICE, College Festivals, Product Launches, and more
Build and manage long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive visibility and sales
Negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the event operations team for smooth execution
Requirements:
Prior experience in event sales, marketing, or business development (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented
Ability to market services both online & offline
Compensation:
Full-Time Role: Salary + Performance Incentives
Commission Basis: Attractive commission per closed deal
