Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee the planning and execution of MICE events, including corporate conferences, incentive trips, exhibitions, and luxury weddings. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and vendors, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supervising the event team. The role also involves developing event strategies, monitoring event progress, and ensuring high-quality delivery to meet client expectations. The Operations Manager will be expected to provide innovative solutions and maintain client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience in Corporate Event Management and Activation operations
- Skills in Budget Management, Vendor Coordination, and Compliance
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to develop strategic event plans and monitor progress
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of the MICE industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration or a related field
