Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. Based on-site in Mumbai, the Operations Manager will be responsible for strategizing and optimizing operational processes, managing resources efficiently, and coordinating with teams to meet project requirements and deadlines. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, managing budgets, and identifying areas for operational improvements to enhance overall productivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of operational management processes, planning, and process optimization
  • Solid leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in project coordination, problem-solving, and resource management
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in organizational budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring
  • Proven analytical and process improvement skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in operations management and familiarity with advertising industry trends is a plus
