The Sr. Manager - Fundraising is a strategic role aimed at driving APD's engagement with corporate partners inthe country to secure funds and support for its impactful programs. The role iscritical to achieving the annual fundraising target (New Acquisitions) andrequires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in corporatefundraising within the NGO sector KeyResponsibilities:Develop and implement a robust fundraising plan to achieve an annual new acquisition target of ₹10 crores in year one and roadmap for exponential growth in the subsequent years. The target is inclusive of a personal target of Rs 5Cr.Lead, manage and develop the Corporate Fundraising Team at various locations to develop relationships with the corporate sector; align goals and targets of the teams in line with the organization's plans and vision;  and ensure that team performance is monitored, tracked and communicated.Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with corporates under their CSR initiatives primarily. Build a pipeline of at least 200 corporates that align with APD's work in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and MumbaiPrepare customized proposals, presentations and donor reports tailored to corporate priorities and APD's programs in consultation with program teams.Manage end -to -end donor engagement, from onboarding to project reporting and impact demonstration.Maintain a comprehensive donor database to track interactions and ensure effective communication.Organize events, site visits, and engagement activities to strengthen donor relationships.Represent APD at corporate forums, CSRconclaves, and networking events to increase visibility and securepartnerships.
