Industry Manufacturing Job Title Sr Manager -Accounts Job Location Bommasandra Major Role & Responsibilities Balance Sheet and MIS Reports: Prepare accurate and timely Balance Sheets for 2 legal entities Generate Monthly/Quarterly/Annual MIS reports for 2 legal entities Fixed Assets (FA) Process: Manage the Fixed Assets process, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals. Maintain accurate and up -to -date FA registers. Advance Income Tax Liability: Calculate and manage advance income tax liabilities. Ensure timely payment and compliance with relevant tax regulations. Accounting Software Expertise: Utilize Tally & SAP for financial reporting and analysis. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting through Tally & SAP. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 2 to 3 members. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members. Conduct performance evaluations and foster a collaborative work environment. GST Compliance: Understand and apply GST rules and regulations. Compute GST liabilities accurately and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. Auditor Liaison: Coordinate and handle internal and external auditors. Ensure all necessary documentation and information is available for audits. Implement audit recommendations and ensure compliance with audit standards. Requirements Work Experience CA with 6 TO 8 Years Exp
