Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist to lead our paid marketing efforts across Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, with proven success in lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce CPL/CPA.
  • Implement conversion tracking, analytics, and A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and CRM tools, and share actionable insights.
  • Develop remarketing and funnel optimization strategies to boost conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads.
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, bidding strategies, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation and ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads and Meta Ads Certifications.
  • Experience in EdTech, e-commerce, or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or other paid advertising platforms.
