Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Meta Ads Specialist located in Noida, with some work from home flexibility. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating ad copy, monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, analyzing data and metrics, and reporting on campaign results. The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Meta ad platforms and tools
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies and campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing
  • Ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of web development and SEO best practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
