Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist, located in Noida. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and implementing meta ads campaigns on various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing ad strategies, analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, creating and editing ad content, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. The Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns
  • Skills in developing ad strategies and conducting A/B testing
  • Analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance
  • Proficiency in creating and editing ad content
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in using digital analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
