About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Paid Ads Specialist who can manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, eCommerce, and ROI-focused ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) campaigns.
  • Manage and scale Facebook & Instagram Ads with A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Set up conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Research keywords, ad copies, and creatives for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the design & sales team for campaign creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends & policies.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Google & Meta Ads campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Quality Score optimization.
  • Experience with eCommerce & Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Certification in Google Ads (Preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Greater Noida West.
