Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Advertising Manager to join our Mumbai team. This is an on-site position based in Noida Sector - 135 — candidates must be located in Noida Sector - 135 and available to join immediately or within 15 days.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter (X) Ads. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, brand visibility, and ROI through strategic ad placements and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ensure strong ROI.
  • Collaborate with writers and designers to create high-converting ad creatives and copy.
  • Conduct A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Maintain a detailed log of campaign metrics, performance data, and key learnings.
  • Drive customer acquisition and engagement across digital channels.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Proven track record in running performance-driven ad campaigns (please include details in your application).
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, performance marketing, and audience targeting.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C digital campaigns preferred.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.
  • Analytical thinker with a results-focused approach and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with SaaS or AI product campaigns.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
