Job Description

We are looking for a PPC Executive who is passionate about performance marketing and has hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of campaign metrics, and the ability to achieve lead-generation and ROI goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, and ad placements to maximize ROI.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Write and test ad copies and creatives for better engagement and conversions.
  • Implement conversion tracking and pixel setup across platforms.
  • Generate and present weekly/monthly performance reports to clients or management.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creative development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of Search, Display, Shopping, and Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel setup.
  • Good understanding of conversion optimization and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Digital Marketing / Google Ads / Meta Ads will be an advantage.
