Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Google Ads Specialist who can manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PPC management, campaign strategy, and performance optimization to deliver high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, and YouTube.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid strategy planning.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics.
  • Create and test ad copies, landing pages, and A/B variations.
  • Generate regular performance reports and insights for management.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics & Tag Manager
  • Proficiency in Keyword Research, Bid Management, and Campaign Optimization
  • Knowledge of Landing Page Optimization & Conversion Tracking
  • Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred)
  • Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Candidates from Real Estate / Advertising / IT / Digital Marketing industry will be preferred
