Finance Recruiter – (Non-Tech Hiring)

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

About the Role

We are hiring a Recruiter with strong experience in Finance, BFSI, and Fintech non-tech hiring. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for mid-level to high-end finance roles and support clients with quick, quality closures.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance, BFSI, and Fintech (Non-Tech) roles.

· Source talent via Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, headhunting, and referrals.

· Screen and evaluate candidates for roles such as:

· Accounts & Finance / FP&A / Business Finance

· Financial Analyst, Risk, Audit, Equity

· Compliance / Treasury / Operations

· Credit / Underwriting / Loan Processing (BFSI)

· Wealth Manager / Product Manager (Finance)

· Close mid to high CTC roles (including 30–50+ LPA profiles).

· Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Use advanced sourcing tools like , Lusha, Dripify, etc.

Requirements:

· –3 years' experience in Finance / BFSI / Fintech (Non-Tech) hiring.

· Strong understanding of finance job functions and domain-specific evaluations.

· Proven experience in high-value, senior finance hiring.

· Hands-on experience with job portals & LinkedIn sourcing.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
