Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter position located in Thane. The Recruiter will be responsible for handling the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining recruitment records and contributing to workforce planning initiatives. Qualifications - Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment strategies - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools - Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines - Knowledge of local labor laws and best practices in recruitment - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Previous experience in high-volume recruitment or recruitment in a global organization is an advantage
