Job Description: We are hiring enthusiastic and career-oriented Trainee Recruiters – IT/Non-IT to join our dynamic team in Thane. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are interested in building a rewarding career in international recruitment. Key Responsibilities: ● Understand and analyze client requirements for various IT and Non-IT roles. ● Source qualified candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases. ● Conduct initial screening to assess communication skills, technical compatibility, and availability. ● Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. ● Maintain regular follow-up with candidates through the hiring lifecycle. ● Update and manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). ● Collaborate with Account Managers and senior recruiters to ensure timely closures. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in B.Sc, BCA, BE, or B.Tech (any specialization). ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. ● Willingness to work in the US time zone (Night shift: 06:00 PM – 03:30 AM IST). ● Quick learner with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. ● Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle is an added advantage. ● Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
