IT Recruiter

Our client is an IT organization, with focus on AI & SAAS products catering to the needs of the banking and payments industry.

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter (work diversity - women preferred) located in Thane.

**Role Description**:
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for:
**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience of 4+ years as an IT Recruiter, preferably in the IT industry
- Knowledge of IT skills, trends, and terminologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
