Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Rainbow International School, located in Thane. The Recruiter will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting in onboarding new hires. The role also involves maintaining databases, collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications - Solid understanding of recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation - Proficiency in developing and maintaining talent pipelines and using recruitment tools - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Experience in human resources management or talent acquisition is highly desirable - Proficiency in maintaining accurate recruitment records and databases - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with individuals across various roles - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
