We are now expanding our HR team with passionate recruiters who want to grow fast in the HR industry. 🎯 Role Overview As an HR Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end hiring for multiple clients across India. This role is perfect for candidates who are: - Good at communication - Passionate about recruitment - Target and performance driven - Ready to learn and grow fast You will undergo a structured 1-month training program in our Jaipur office, after which you can choose WFO or Remote work. 🏆 Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment - Understanding job descriptions & client requirements - Sourcing candidates using Tallento.ai database, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards - Screening and shortlisting relevant profiles - Scheduling interviews with candidates & clients - Following up until final selection and joining 2. Client Coordination - Maintain communication with hiring managers - Understand changes in job requirements - Share timely updates & shortlisted profiles 3. Candidate Engagement - Conduct telephonic interviews - Counsel candidates on career opportunities - Maintain relationship until joining - Prevent dropouts and last-minute backouts 4. Reporting & Analytics - Daily reporting of progress - Maintaining trackers on CRM/ATS - Achieving weekly & monthly targets 5. Performance-Based KPIs - Daily sourcing targets - Verified candidate submissions - Interview-to-selection ratio - Joining conversion rate 📌 Mandatory 1-Month Training (Jaipur Office) All selected candidates will undergo a compulsory 1-month onboarding & internship-style training at the Jaipur head office.
