End-to-End RecruitmentUnderstanding job descriptions & client requirementsSourcing candidates using Tallento.ai database, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boardsScreening and shortlisting relevant profilesScheduling interviews with candidates & clientsFollowing up until final selection and joining2. Client CoordinationMaintain communication with hiring managersUnderstand changes in job requirementsShare timely updates & shortlisted profiles3. Candidate EngagementConduct telephonic interviewsCounsel candidates on career opportunitiesMaintain relationship until joiningPrevent dropouts and last-minute backouts4. Reporting & AnalyticsDaily reporting of progressMaintaining trackers on CRM/ATSAchieving weekly & monthly targets5.
