Talent Acquisition (Recruiter – India Hiring) Location: Remote (India) Shift: Day Shift (IST Timings) Experience: 1–3 Years About the Company Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is looking for a proactive and organized Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment operations across India. We’re seeking someone who enjoys sourcing, coordinating, and working closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment. About the Role As a Recruiter (Talent Acquisition), you will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely hiring for various positions across the organization. Responsibilities - Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms - Post and manage job openings across hiring platforms - Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers - Maintain candidate trackers, dashboards, and recruitment databases - Support onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination tasks - Ensure timely updates and smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR coordination - Any graduate, preferably with an IT or business-related background Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and end-to-end recruitment workflows - Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational abilities - Proficiency in MS Excel (trackers/reporting) Preferred Skills - Passion for Talent Acquisition and hiring excellence Why Join Us At Stellar Consulting, we believe great teams are built by great people.
