Duties and Responsibilities- Meet and exceed business goals/targets in different products, i.e., Loans and Insurance (bundled/non-bundled) through lead fulfillment and field activity on existing database.
- Manage, control, and own all channel businesses.
- Recruit, retain, manage, and build a productive team of off-roll employees.
- Maintain delinquency on the portfolio, in line with the product segment.
- Handle customer escalations and complaints.
- Monitor and measure key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.
- Learning and understanding of CRM and lending systems & Finnone) is a must.
- Effectively engage with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.
- Hygiene management is crucial in car refinance business – effective monitoring and PDD collection.
- Track cases at every stage for better control.
Required Qualifications and Experience- Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in direct or channel sales in loans.
- Experience in insurance will be an added advantage.
- Ensure to update status within 24 hours of lead received.
- Ability to recruit FOS (Feet on Street) through different channels.
- Maintain a pickup percentage as per the metric.
- Maintain FOS productivity as per the metric.
- Excellent team handling and problem-solving ability.
- Good hands-on experience and know-how for working on data management and MS Office.
- A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
