Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic College Network Development

Build and expand a robust college network across India, targeting a diverse set of educational institutions (colleges, universities, student organizations, and campus influencers).

Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., campus coordinators, student bodies, faculty members) to create business opportunities for educational outreach programs. Leverage college data and insights to drive targeted and impactful outreach strategies.

  • Business Development & Relationship Management

Utilize your existing college network to generate business opportunities and secure long-term partnerships for college outreach campaigns and activations.

Act as the primary point of contact for all college-related business and outreach initiatives, fostering strong relationships with educational institutions.

Nurture and sustain these relationships to ensure ongoing collaboration and successful campaign execution year-round.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution

Develop and execute campus-based promotional campaigns, events, and activations that resonate with students and enhance brand visibility.

Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of these campaigns across multiple campuses.

Track and leverage key college data to optimize outreach efforts and align campaigns with the unique needs of each campus.

  • Project Management

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of college engagement projects, from conceptualization to execution. Ensure all college activations are executed on time, within budget, and meet performance benchmarks.

Oversee project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Market Research & Intelligence

Continuously conduct research to stay up-to-date on trends in student engagement, campus culture, and new opportunities within the educational sector.

Use market intelligence and college data to tailor outreach and engagement strategies, ensuring they align with current student needs and preferences.

Analyze trends within educational outreach to generate new ideas and opportunities for partnership growth.

  • Reporting & Analysis

Monitor, track, and report on the performance of college outreach campaigns, focusing on metrics like engagement levels, reach, and ROI.

Prepare detailed reports to share with internal stakeholders, providing insights into the success of activations and offering recommendations for future campaigns.

Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize outreach strategies for better outcomes.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, product, and operations) to ensure college outreach initiatives align with overall brand strategy.

Provide feedback and insights to internal teams, helping them understand student engagement trends and ensuring campaigns are effectively tailored to college audiences.
