Job Purpose

• This role will be accountable for quality and performance of RAN network, ensure prompt monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization & field activities of network to deliver superior voice & data experience to customers.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Network performance analysis through OSS/drive test data and optimization to improve network quality (5G/4G/VoLTE/2G) & customer experience
• Analysing the KPI's (key performance indicators) statistics and monitoring the network for troubleshooting on daily basis.
• Troubleshooting of worst-performing cells. Analysis of counters and monitoring KPI trend to pinpoint exact issues. Coordinate with partners, SNOC and FO team to timely resolution
• Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve Network performance and CXX.
• Engagement with Zonal business/CS teams for Network complaints management and drive network performance improvement and perception programs
• Prioritize network experience improvement programs basis customer centric KPIs like TNPS, NPS, Network complaints (CPKS) etc.
• Supports new site rollout to achieve monthly target smoothly by driving database audit, SCFT audit & Performance monitoring
• Building strong relationships with cross verticals Deriving insights from Customer complaints analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Provide network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of drive data and network statistics
• Assisting TRAI/DOT in RF network audit & preparing required network quality reports.
• Good understanding of hardware (Nokia) from network design prospective

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters & optimization (5G/4G/VoLTE/2G)
• Excellent domain knowledge and on- field optimization experience
• Hands on experience with DT/Post processing tools like TEMS, AZQ, NEMO etc
• Very good analytical skills to trouble shoot network quality KPI degradation/ customer complaints
• Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure and having very good cross functional co-ordination
• Depth analysis for L2 & L3 layer data
• Customer centric, Innovative, Ambitious and competitive, Calculated risk taking & task oriented

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• B-tech electronics and telecommunications with 6+ years of experience
