Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Strategy

o Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business

goals.

o Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

1. Accounting & Compliance

o Ensure accurate accounting as per applicable standards (Ind

AS/IFRS).

o Oversee statutory compliance including GST, Income Tax, RERA, and

other regulatory requirements.

o Finalization of Balance Sheet and ensure compliance with all statutory

requirements.

1. Project Finance

o Evaluate project feasibility and financial viability.

o Monitor cost control and profitability for ongoing projects.

1. Audit & Risk Management

o Coordinate internal and external audits.

o Implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

1. Stakeholder Management

o Interact with investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.

o Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making.

1. SAP Implementation

o Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP (FI/CO modules) for finance

operations.

o Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems and train team

members.

1. IPO Implementation

o Drive IPO readiness and execution in coordination with senior

management and external advisors.

o Ensure compliance with SEBI and other regulatory requirements.

o Manage financial due diligence, disclosures, and investor

presentations.

Skills & Competencies

o Strong knowledge of real estate finance, project costing, and revenue

recognition.

o Expertise in taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

o Experience in SAP implementation and ERP systems.

o Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.

o Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling.

Preferred Background

o Experience in large-scale residential/commercial real estate projects.

o Exposure to fundraising, joint ventures, investor relations, and IPO

• processes.
