Role Summary:
Were seeking an experienced and analytical Key Account Manager Lender Relations to
lead and manage our partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
The role involves business planning, lender coordination, policy alignment, and
performance monitoring to ensure consistent loan disbursals and partner satisfaction.
Youll play a key role in strengthening relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and
driving financing growth across our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and strengthen partnerships with existing lenders (banks, NBFCs) to ensure
smooth disbursals and consistent business flow.
• Identify and onboard new financiers to expand the lender network across regions.
• Negotiate commercials, subvention structures, and business terms to optimize
profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Legal teams for seamless lender
integration and compliance alignment.
• Monitor key business metrics lead-to-disbursal ratio, approval rate, and TAT.
• Prepare and maintain Payout grids, Subvention matrices, and MIS reports for
management review.
• Resolve lender-side escalations and policy deviations through structured discussions and
regular review meetings.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to design competitive
financing programs.
• Support regulatory and risk compliance, ensuring adherence to RBI and company
policies.
• Drive engagement and retention through periodic synergy meetings and performance
reviews with partner lenders.
Requirements:
• 48 years of experience in Lender Relationship Management, Key Account
Management, or Financier Partnerships in Auto Finance / Fintech / Agri-Finance
domains.
• Proven experience in NBFC/BFSI partnership management, P&L tracking, and
business negotiations.
• Strong understanding of vehicle financing, RC and PDD management, and lender
operational processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and MIS reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
