JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

Department: Marketing / Business Development

Reporting To: HR & Management Team

Location: Pawane MIDC, Turbhe

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing the company's online presence, including the official website, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. The role involves daily updates, content posting, performance tracking, and coordination with internal teams for ongoing marketing and branding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update company website on a regular basis.

Handle official LinkedIn page and post company updates, job openings, and project highlights.

Plan and schedule posts across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Design or coordinate creatives, banners, and posts with the design team.

Write short, professional captions and hashtags for posts.

Track engagement, impressions, and follower growth.

Coordinate with HR for recruitment-related posts and announcements.

Support ongoing marketing and branding activities of the company.

Maintain a monthly report of digital performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field.

Good understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.

Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress / Wix preferred).

Canva / Photoshop knowledge preferred.

Excellent communication and creativity skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Handling.

(Freshers with creative skills may also apply.)

Salary:

As per company norms and experience.
