Guest Service Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in guest service, preferably in an F&B setting.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
- Manage front-of-house operations, including handling reservations, check-in, and check-out processes.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, improve performance metrics, and drive business growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in guest service, preferably in an F&B setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures and protocols.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, reservation software, and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork.
