Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads to promote ONLINELR's products and services
  • Explain product/service features and benefits, addressing customer needs effectively
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer queries
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Record and update customer interactions, sales leads, and transactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up on inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize telesales campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative, telecaller, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong persuasive ability and confident phone presence
  • Ability to handle objections and remain motivated to achieve sales goals
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
