ONLINELR is a growing platform dedicated to the logistics industry. We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven telesales execuitve to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads to promote ONLINELR's products and services
- Explain product/service features and benefits, addressing customer needs effectively
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer queries
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Record and update customer interactions, sales leads, and transactions in the CRM system
- Follow up on inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize telesales campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative, telecaller, or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong persuasive ability and confident phone presence
- Ability to handle objections and remain motivated to achieve sales goals
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Hindi
