Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling & Prospecting: Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services, generate leads, and initiate sales discussions.
- Product Presentation: Clearly explain product features and benefits, tailoring the information to meet the customer's specific needs.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets and quotas.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inbound Call Handling: Address inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and update customer information in the database or CRM system.
- Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or other sources to maximize conversion rates.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other sales executives and team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve overall team goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in a telesales or other sales/customer service role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn about products and services and explain them effectively.
- Resilience: A cool temperament and the ability to handle rejection and customer objections.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, telephone systems, and other relevant computer programs.
- Organizational Skills: Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
