Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role located in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, maintaining client relationships, and providing product information to potential customers. The role also includes addressing customer queries, identifying sales opportunities, and converting leads to sales, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication, persuasive speaking skills, and active listening
- Experience in telesales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Organizational and time management skills coupled with the ability to meet targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Educational background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred
- Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus point
