Job Overview

We are seeking a Telesales Executive to join our team at Innotek Furniture Fittings Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position suitable for a fresher, providing an entry-level opportunity to engage in direct sales activity telephonically. Aimed at promoting our products such as slides, hinges, and handles, the role offers growth in the dynamic field of furniture fittings sales, with initial work experience of 0 to 1 year required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in cold calling to effectively reach and engage potential clients over the phone (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to actively listen to clients and accurately identify their requirements to provide tailored solutions (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in managing a sales pipeline to organize and track sales opportunities and leads efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with CRM software to manage customer information and improve customer engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of Salesforce for managing customer relationships and improving sales effectiveness.
  • Ability to segment customers to target specific groups with tailored marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation techniques to close deals successfully and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Competence in using lead generation tools to identify potential business opportunities and grow the customer base.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calls and respond to inquiries to generate interest in our products.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, specifications, and pricing to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as established by the management team.
  • Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and establish long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales tactics and share insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide customers with the most relevant and useful information.
  • Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies and promotional offers to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
