About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Female Telesales Executive / Telecaller with strong communication skills. The role involves outbound calling, lead follow-up, and end-to-end client coordination to support our sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the company's products/services.
  • Handle end-to-end client management, including follow-ups and query handling.
  • Maintain a structured database of leads, call logs, and client interactions.
  • Convert leads into potential business opportunities.
  • Share necessary information with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on call performance and lead status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any graduate/undergraduate with relevant communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (or regional language).
  • Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
  • Ability to handle outbound sales calls and follow-up effectively.
  • Good listening skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
  • Strong sense of responsibility and time management.

Preferred Qualities

  • Female candidates only.
  • Prior telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage but freshers are welcome.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
