TELESALES EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, explaining products/services, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and their benefits clearly to customers.
- Answer incoming calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM/software.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation (Any stream)
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
