Job Description – Telesales Executive (Chemist Industry)

Position: Telesales Executive
Industry: Pharmaceutical / Chemist
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–3 years in telesales / pharma sales preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to chemists, pharmacies, and distributors to promote company products.

  • Generate leads, explain product benefits, and convert them into sales.

  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

  • Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries regarding products, pricing, and availability.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Build strong business relationships with chemists and retailers for repeat sales.

  • Share promotional offers, discounts, and new product launches with customers.

  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

  • Collect feedback from chemists and report market insights to management.

  • Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies during all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma in any stream (Science/Pharma background preferred).

  • Prior telesales / customer service / pharma sales experience is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.

  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
