Role Overview:

  • As an SDR at ContextQA, youll be the first touchpoint for prospective customers.
  • Your role is to qualify inbound leads (MQLs) and prospect outbound into target accounts, booking discovery calls with qualified buyers.
  • Youll work closely with the Sales Manager to refine outreach strategies and ensure meetings are with high-value ICP accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads within SLA (1 hour during working hours).
  • Research and qualify inbound MQLs against ICP (company size, industry, QA challenges).
  • Run multi-channel outbound sequences (calls, emails, LinkedIn) into target accounts.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings for Sales Manager/AE.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM.
  • Share prospect feedback with marketing/sales for messaging refinement.

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years in SDR role (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Track record of hitting meeting booking targets.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort speaking with VP Engineering, QA Managers, and technical buyers.
  • Organized, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.

KPIs:

  • 40-50 calls/day, 30-40 emails/day.
  • 15-20 meetings booked/month.
  • 20-25% meeting-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Fast follow-up on inbound leads (1 hour).
