Role Overview:

We're looking for a Revenue Manager to maximize hotel revenue through smart pricing, demand forecasting, and effective room inventory control. Your goal: Sell the right room, to the right guest, at the right time, for the right price, through the right channel.

What You'll Do:

  • Set competitive room rates
  • Forecast demand & analyze market trends
  • Manage room inventory across OTAs
  • Prevent over/under-booking
  • Boost revenue across rooms, F&B, spa & banquets
  • Work with sales & marketing to align strategy

What You Need:

  • Experience in revenue management
  • Strong analytical & decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of PMS, RMS & MS Excel
  • Degree in Hospitality/Business preferred
