Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.)
  • Generate high-quality leads and nurture them through targeted outreach strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute growth plans
  • Understand client needs and align them with company offerings to drive conversions
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in CRM tools
  • Track, analyze, and report key growth metrics to ensure revenue targets are met
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to overall business expansion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and revenue growth processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM/lead management tools
  • Analytical and goal-oriented mindset
