About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious
Revenue Growth Associate
to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will focus on boosting business revenue through strategic lead generation, client communication, and conversion-driven initiatives. This role is an excellent fit for individuals who are passionate about business development, client success, and measurable growth in the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and connect with potential clients across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.)
  • Generate and qualify leads through personalized outreach and engagement strategies
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to plan and implement revenue growth campaigns
  • Understand client requirements and align solutions that meet their business objectives
  • Maintain organized records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report performance metrics to ensure growth targets are achieved
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to support business expansion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of lead generation processes, sales pipelines, and revenue growth strategies
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office, and CRM/lead tracking tools
  • Analytical thinker with a results-oriented mindset
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to explore innovative sales approaches
