Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems, logical thinking and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Previous experience in a remote customer service role is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
