Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Accountant who can handle end-to-end accounting for our online business operations. The role involves managing daily transactions, reconciliations, vendor payments, marketplace settlements, GST filings, and ensuring compliance while supporting business growth. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to grow with a startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records.
  • Handle e-commerce marketplace reconciliations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc) and website sales (Shopify, etc.).
  • Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, COD, etc.).
  • Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Track receivables, payables, and ensure timely vendor and supplier payments.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with auditors, CA, and finance consultants.
  • Assist with inventory accounting and cost management.
  • Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹47,636.79 per month
