**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**E-commerce Operations & Sales Management**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, with a focus on **Shopify** to ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
- Drive online sales performance through effective strategy, execution, and promotional campaigns across all digital channels.
- Implement **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)** best practices for product pages, category pages, and site content to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
- Oversee **Account Management** for all online marketplaces and retail channels, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
- Manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment, returns, and exchanges processes in coordination with logistics and operations teams.

**Analytics and Performance**
- Utilize **strong Analytical Skills** to track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, AOV, traffic, ROI of campaigns).
- Conduct regular **data analysis** to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in the customer experience and sales funnel.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports for management, providing actionable insights.

**Team and Leadership**
- Demonstrate excellent **Team Management skills** to oversee, guide, and motivate a small sales team.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to meet performance targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, design, and product teams to align e-commerce activities with broader business and brand strategies.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- **2-3 years** of progressive experience in an E-commerce or digital sales role.
- Proven hands-on experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining an e-commerce platform, preferably **Shopify**.
- Proven track record in driving **Sales** performance and achieving revenue targets.
- Expertise in **Sales Management** and setting operational standards for an online business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent **communication and organizational skills** with a keen eye for detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
