**Job Title: Ecommerce Executive**

**Job Summary**: As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing online sales across various marketplace websites, ensuring timely order processing, inventory management, identifying new product opportunities, and expanding the client base. You will also be involved in maintaining office discipline, managing a small team, and overseeing stock maintenance and cleanliness in the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Online Sales Management**:

- Oversee and manage sales across all marketplace websites.
- Conduct regular meetings with buyers to promote and push products on their platforms.
- Monitor and update inventory levels accurately and timely across all online platforms.

**Order Processing and Fulfillment**:

- Aim to increase daily order volume, ensuring all orders are dispatched on the same day.
- Organize nearby orders for dispatch via local delivery services like Wefast or Porter.
- Handle Solimo/Private Label order processing, including packing material ordering, inspection, dispatch, and scheduling deliveries.

**Product Listing and SEO**:

- Create and maintain a master sheet for product listings to streamline the listing process.
- Regularly update product listings, including keywords, descriptions, and images, to enhance visibility and sales.

**Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Work on selling high-inventory goods and strategize to reduce excess stock.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate timely restocking by liaising with suppliers, including calling for goods from Bhiwandi.

**New Product Development and Client Acquisition**:

- Identify new products with potential for online sales and explore opportunities to expand the product range.
- Focus on acquiring new online clients and expanding the customer base.

**Customer Service and Claims Management**:

- Provide excellent service to e-commerce partners to encourage more orders.
- Manage the process for claims related to damages and losses during returns, ensuring timely communication and resolution.

**Team and Office Management**:

- Work with a team including two office boys and one support staff, ensuring office discipline and cleanliness.
- Foster a productive and positive work environment, maintaining high standards of office cleanliness and organization.

**Image and Content Creation**:

- Collaborate on creating new product images using AI tools or organizing photo shoots as needed.

This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive online sales and team performance.
