**E-commerce Operations Executive**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the daily operations of our online fashion business. This role will ensure seamless order fulfillment, efficient inventory management, and smooth logistics coordination, resulting in exceptional online shopping experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Oversee the complete order processing cycle, from order receipt to dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, logistics partners, and couriers to ensure timely order deliveries.
- Manage returns, refunds, and exchange processes to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively address delivery-related issues.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Ensure accurate stock levels are reflected on the company website.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to track stock movement and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotional information on the website.
- **Logistics & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve delivery delays and disputes.
- Manage relationships with courier partners.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate and analyze reports on order fulfillment rates, return rates, and inventory turnover.
- Track key e-commerce KPIs, including delivery time, stock movement, and order accuracy.
- **Compliance**:

- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and e-commerce taxation compliance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and Inventory Management Software (e.g., Ginesys).
- Familiarity with logistics and courier partner operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
