Job Title: E-commerce Accounts Executive

Job Location: Santacruz (W), Mumbai

Experience Required: 1+years

Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including processing Purchase Orders (POs), Proforma Invoices, and related documentation.

  • Handle E-commerce platform operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Shopify, etc.), ensuring smooth coordination with accounts and operations teams.

  • Reconcile sales, returns, commissions, and other transactions across multiple e commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in accounting records.

  • Manage payment gateways and ensure timely collection, reconciliation, and settlement of payments.

  • Track, monitor, and report on marketplace fees, deductions, chargebacks, and other financial adjustments.

  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements related to e-commerce transactions.

  • Required Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Advance Excel).

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, Tata, Shopify, Shiprocket, Razorpay and Simpl) and their financial operations.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Minimum 1+years of relevant experience in E-commerce Accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
