About the Role
We are looking for a motivated
Sales Associate
to help us generate new business for our
BIM services
, including 3D modeling, coordination, clash detection, shop drawings, and MEP/architectural/structural BIM support. Your primary responsibility will be to find potential clients, build relationships, introduce them to our BIM capabilities, and help drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), MEP contractors, General Contractors, and Design-Build firms.
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and calls to introduce our BIM services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/BIM team to prepare proposals.
- Maintain a strong follow-up process with warm and cold leads.
- Manage CRM entries, daily leads, and conversations.
- Schedule meetings between the client and technical team.
- Assist in preparing marketing content such as company profiles, project case studies, and introductory emails.
- Support in closing deals and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in sales, business development, or client outreach (experience in AEC/BIM is a plus, not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of BIM or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable reaching out to international clients.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, fast learner, and result-oriented mindset.
